Property Suite draws on its knowledge base of Real Estate procedure to automatically remind users of all tasks and duties around property transactions, from listings through to settlement. These prompts are automatically generated, not decided by the user. They do not involve populating any other application, but are based on the stage of the transaction as logged by the user. Prompts and reminders can appear on screen, be sent as email or a text message and can be sent to both individuals and groups.

Property Suite will also provide a full list of all day to day administration activities, helping staff and management keep up to date with office workload.
