“After an extensive review of our IT system it became apparent that we needed to upgrade to a system which would cater not only for the current environment but also have the adaptability to accept the REAA 2008 requirements and future developments such as Social Media.

Whilst cost was a consideration benefit was a greater consideration. Two other priorities for us were the absolute drive for single point of entry and that our staff at all levels of technical competence would be able to interact with and gain significant benefits from the system.

I am pleased to report that PropertySuite has met and in many respects exceeded our expectations across the board. The daily (and in some cases hourly) support has enabled us to tailor the system to our particular way of running our business.

The streamlining of our processes has resulted in significant labour savings and cost reductions to the extent that we have achieved a cost neutral position on an ongoing basis. We are also seeing the benefits of enhanced interaction with our clients which will result in ongoing lift in our performance. In short the move to PropertySuite has been the biggest single change in our business in over a decade but one which we have no regrets about.”
