Our reason for looking at a new Real Estate management system was because we wanted to have one system to manage the whole process from appraisal to listing to marketing to selling and have support when we need it.

Although we discovered a few systems that did parts of this and then integrated with another system to do the other parts, PropertySuite was the only system that offered us the whole package.

Since we first started working with PropertySuite they have continued to further develop their system, both based on requests from us and also initiative on their behalf to enable the system to be more beneficial for us, a true partnership at work.

Due to the simplicity of PropertySuite we have also been able to reduce our staff members and re-delegate work that previously needed to be done by a specialized trained person, enabling us to utilize their skill more efficiently.
